There are many ways to get involved in the mental health arena.

Here are a few of them:

  1. Volunteer with a Mental Health Agency (AFSP, NAMI, MHA)
  2. Remember to check on your people (ChOP)
  3. Do some research on the many mental health challenges and disorders
  4. Walk at an American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) Walk in your area
  5. Promote and advocate for therapy or counseling
  6. GOD + Therapy + Community = Healing
  7. Become a Mental Health First Aider
  8. Promote Mental Health Resources
